The Hamilton Zoo is currently re-designing and upgrading the polar bear facility and enclosure. This project is going to be completed over the next few years and is costing millions of dollars. The Zoo has welcomed this past summer two baby polar bears (Luna and Kali) and they have become a community favorite. This new exhibit will help the city keep these bears here.
The “Our Bears Belong in Hamilton” campaign is asking for donations and supporters to send money to raise enough for this exhibit to start building.
